Location:
Exeter Dulini Lodge is situated in the Exeter Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, South Africa. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve is 65 000 hectares (160 600 acres) and adjoins the well known Kruger National Park, South Africa.
This Sabi Sands game lodge is located along the banks of the seasonal Mabrak River. You can easily access Exeter Dulini Lodge either by road or air from Johannesburg. The drive from Johannesburg is 500km (310.68 miles) and will take about 5 to 6 hours depending on traffic.
How to get there:
Directions from Johannesburg, South Africa:
From Johannesburg, take the N12 / N4 to Nelspruit. Once in Nelspruit, take the R40 to Hazyview. Next take the R536 from Hazyview towards the Paul Kruger Gate. After about 34km (21.12 miles), look out for signs indicating the private game lodges such as Exeter on the left hand side of the road.
Travel 8.2km (5.09 miles) along the dirt road and pass a school on your left. Keep driving until you reach a large four way intersection. Turn right at the intersection. Drive about 1.4km (0.86 miles) until you reach a T-junction.
Turn left at the T-junction and travel 800m (0.49 miles) until you see the signboards indicating Exeter game lodges on the left hand side of the road. Turn left here. Drive another 1km (0.62 miles) along this road and enter the Sabi Sands Game Reserve gate.
Once inside the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, turn left immediately and drive past the turnoffs to Savanna, Castleton, Singita and Idube. Once you've passed the Idube sign, you will see signboards indicating Exeter Dulini. Follow the signs to Exeter Dulini Lodge.
