At Arathusa Safari Lodge, the chef prepares the most decadent dishes over an open fire under the African sky. Three course dinners are also served on the game viewing deck. Bird watchers can spend time spotting over 300 species in the area and around the camp rare birds such as the Horus Swift can be seen.
